摘    要:教师个人在实践中经自身体验和学习而获得的实践知识和实践能力对教师专业化发展具有更直接、更重要的影响。改革教育实习模式,加强实践教学,让师范生获得丰富的实践知识和扎实的实践能力,是教师专业化发展对教师教育提出的时代诉求。改革教育实习模式,固然需要理论构想的“先进性”,但又要考虑改革方案的“可行性”。把教育实习由一次改为两次,实习时间由目前的6-8周延长为16周,加上2周左右的见习和2周模拟实习,用20周左右的时间开展教育实践训练是比较适合我国国情的。

An Exploration of the Teaching Practice Pattern Guided by the Idea of Teacher Specialization

Abstract:The practical knowledge and the practical ability acquired through their personal experience and their own learning in the process of teaching have more direct and more important impact on the development of teacher specialization. Reforming the teaching practice pattern and strengthening practice teaching so that nor- mal students have access to rich practical knowledge and down-to-earth practical ability are called for by the demands of teacher professional development and teacher education of the times. The reform, of course, not only needs advanced theoretical concepts but also consideration of the feasibility of the reform package. Divid- ing teaching practice into two sessions with 8 weeks in each one and adding two weeks of apprentice and anoth- er two weeks of simulation training to the program are in conformity with the national conditions of China.
