论高校和谐科技创新团队的构建

科技创新团队是根据科技项目研制的需要组织起来的科技单元，是推动高校科技创新的重要途径。和谐科技创新团队应具有以人为本、自由宽松、团结融洽、富于创造等四项基本特征，并以凝聚人才、构建梯队和不断创新为发展目标。可从建立以学术带头人为核心、多学科相互融合、规模适度的科研群体；营造温馨、融洽、和谐的人文氛围和团队文化；完善激励机制，吸引和凝聚高层次创新人才；积极扶持科技创新生力军，推动研究生创新能力培养四方面入手实现高校和谐科技创新团队的构建。

Construction of a Harmonious Science and Technology Innovation Team in Colleges and Universities

Science and technology innovation teams are organized to meet the requirements of scientific research projects and promote science and technology innovation in colleges and universities. A harmonious team should have a human-being-oriented, free, and comfortable atmosphere, and its members should be closely united and creative. It should take attracting talents, building up an echelon and making constant innovation as its target. It is advisable to organize multi-disciplinary research groups of moderate size by setting up a research core, to create a harmonious humanistic atmosphere and team culture, to improve the incentive mechanism so as to attract high-level innovative talents, and to support new rising force in scientific innovation, and to develop graduates＇ ability to innovate.
