| 摘 要： | 对口单招生培养采用重基础、重实践、重创新 ,做到知识、能力、素质协调发展和因材施教的人才培养模式。其实施途径有 :合理设置专业和科学制定课程体系、加强基础课程教学与教学改革、加强学生实践训练、注重创新能力培养等等。

| Abstract: | In this article, the authors propose that the desirable model of profession-oriented higher education should lay great emphasis on the instruction of students' professional base, practical abilities and innovation awareness so as to help them achieve fine developments of their knowledge, abilities and overall qualities, which as they suggest, largely depends on a standard curriculum, qualified teaching staff, efficient instruction as well as sufficient training on students' practical and innovative abilities. |
