| 摘 要： | 单科性医学院校并入综合性大学后有不同的管理模式,应高度重视高等医学教育的特殊性,发挥综合性大学优势,采用符合医学教育规律的管理模式。大学医学院具有相对独立的管理体系及管理职能则更有利于高等医学教育的发展。

On Administration And Development of Higher Medical Education Integrated into a University |

| Abstract: | Medical colleges are faced with different patterns of administration when integrated into a university. The paper proposes such patterns of administration must take characteristics of medical education into full consideration and that relatively independent administration system and organization will be more favorable for sound and fast development of higher medical education. |
