对高校管理干部队伍建设的思考

高校管理干部队伍在高校各项工作中担负着重要责任,是高校改革和发展的策动力。近年来,高校管理干部队伍建设得到了进一步加强,但仍不同程度地存在一些弊端和缺陷。建设高素质的高校管理干部队伍应遵循以下途径:制定管理干部队伍建设规划;建立科学的用人机制;逐步提高各项待遇,稳定干部队伍;完善激励机制,实行任期目标管理等等。

On building of management staff in institutions of higher learning

The management staff in institutions of higher learning play an important role in every field and have become the driving force in the reform and the development in colleges and universities.In recent years,the management staff in institutions of higher learning have got further reinforced.However,there exist more or less some malpractice and defects in the staff due to different efforts and emphasis on the building in different levels.This paper is to make pointed practical methods to build a contingent of high-caliber leading carders: to draw up a staff plan;to establish a scientific mechanism of manpower;to improve income gradually so as to stabilize the staff,to consummate excitation mechanism,and to implement management by objectives in their terms of office.
