关于加强新时期高校师德建设的几点思考

师德是教师素质中最核心的部分,师德建设是教师队伍建设中的一项重要内容。在新的历史时期,高校师德建设工作面临许多新情况、新问题和新挑战。为此,高校应切实加强领导,制订相应的制度,并不断弘扬传统师德师风,形成良好的育人环境,以促进新时期高校师德建设的进一步发展。

Reflections on Promoting Progress in Teachers' Professional Ethics in the New Era

Professional ethics of a teacher is the core of his/her quality and improving ethical quality is an important task in strengthening the ranks of teachers.In the new era,we are confronted with many new problems and challenges in accomplishing this task.So in order to promote progress in university teachers' professional ethics,efforts should be made to strengthen the leadership,take effective measures,carry forward the traditional teachers' spirit and form a favorable educational environment.
