| 摘 要： | 选课制是学分制一个重要内容。在学年制向学分制过渡时期,实施选课制使教务管理的内容与形式发生了很大变化,静态、批量、划一的教务管理模式变为动态的、个量的、灵活的模式。管理工作过程中出现了许多新问题、新情况,是传统的教学理念、管理行为和管理手段无法完全适应的。各校要在具体的策划和实际操作中,边实行、边改革、边完善,使选课制真正落在实处。

| Abstract: | Elective system is a very important content in credit system.In the stage of shifting academic year system to credit system,many problems arising from implementation of elective system brought about great changes in the contents and patterns of educational administration work.Static,batch and standardized educational administrative pattern changed into dynamic,single and flexible one.Many new problems and situations arising in the work don't suit traditional educational ideas,administrative manners and means.The various institutes of higher learning must implement the elective system satisfactorily with concrete plans and practical measures. |
