| 摘 要： | 每一所大学都有自己的文化。大学发展的内在动力是大学文化的重要组成部分。建立校园伦理关系,营造高品位的大学文化氛围,构建大学和谐校园,是大学发展的内在动力所在。要增强大学发展的内在动力,有赖于和谐的校园伦理关系的建立,有赖于提升大学文化的品质。

| Abstract: | Each university has its own culture,of which the internal motive force of its development is an important part.Establishment of an ethical relationship,creation of a highbrow cultural atmosphere,and construction of a harmonious campus motivate the university to develop and a harmonious ethical relationship and high quality of its culture in turn increase the driving force of its development. |
