高校实验室开放制度化探讨

实现高校实验室的开放并使之形成制度,将为学生能力的培养创造更好的条件,提供更多的锻炼机会。高校实验室可根据具体情况采用预约开放、定时开放或随时开放等时间开放模式,也可按各实验室的功能进行开放。针对实验室开放中的管理问题、指导问题和经费问题,可通过设立专项基金、设置学分、优化资源配置、提高指导教师素质和待遇、规范管理等措施,实现实验室的真正开放。
