摘    要:反思高等学校教学评估5年来的实践和探索历程可以看到,评估起到了积极的作用,得到了社会的广泛认可。高校普遍认为,教学评估对学校的教学、人才培养、教育质量的提高都起到了非常重要的作用,但同时,人们对评估工作也提出了一些不同的看法,其中既有对评估过程中出现的弄虚作假及形式主义现象的批评,也有一些有关评估与大学教育本质、教学秩序、办学自主权等理论问题的探讨。对我国高校教学评估不同认识的评论,有助于厘清今后评估工作的思路。我国高校教学评估应坚持正确的价值取向,其方式方法需要改进,要建立具有本国特色的高校教学评估体系,促进全国不同类别高校办学特色的形成。

Abstract:Five years of university teaching evaluation has proved that the evaluation has exerted positive influence on higher education and has been approved of by the whole society. It is widely believed that it has played a very important role in improving teaching quality and producing talents. But at the same time, different views of the evaluation have also been voiced. Criticisms are directed towards the fraud and deception and the formalism practiced by the university evaluated. There are also explorations on some theoretical issues such as the relationship between the evaluation and the essence of university education, the teaching order, and the independence in running a school. Comments on these different views will help clarify the course of evaluation in the future. And it is proposed in this paper that a sound value orientation should be taken in university teaching evaluation, that the management and the evaluating method should be improved, and that an evaluation system with its own characteristics should be established to promote the formation of the school-running features of different types of university.
