高校核心价值观建设的校园文化视角

摘    要:高校如果不能清晰地提出与社会主义核心价值体系一致并具有自身特色的核心价值观,极有可能发生对社会主义核心价值观的偏离。高校核心价值观反映了高校对自身存在意义、价值追求的理解和把握,是高校生存和发展的内在精神和生命之魂。高校核心价值观是指在高校价值观念体系中处于核心、支配地位,统摄其他价值观念的核心价值目标和价值导向,是高校全体成员普遍接受认同的内涵为“习得、创新、发展,求真、求善、求美”的群体价值观。高校核心价值观的建设是师生在教学塑造、制度保障、环境熏陶、网络导向、社会实践等各个生活环节中自主选择的复杂的立体式交互过程。

Abstract:If the core values of a university with their own characteristics and in line with the socialist core val- ue system can not be identified, the school may deviate from the core values of socialism. The core values, which reflect the value of the existence of the university and its understanding of the value pursuit, are vital to the survival and development of the school. They, as a kernel part of its value system, dominate the target and the orientation of other values in the system and are usually understood by its entire staff as "acquisition, inno- vation, development, and seeking truth, goodness and beauty". And the construction of the values is a com- plex three- dimensional interactive process during which teachers and students make their own choices con- cerning classroom instruction, institutional safeguarding, environmental nurture, network orientation and social practice.
