伯顿.克拉克大学学术权力配置模式研究——兼议中国模式的复合型特征

摘    要:伯顿.克拉克建立了分析大学学术权力配置模式的理论框架,并为其应用研究提供了非常重要的分析路径。中国近代大学从组织的模式变迁角度来看,其学术权力配置表现出鲜明的复合型特征;从历史发展的角度来看,中国近代大学与日本模式存在较强的相似性;教授具有较大的权力,而且往往还有政治上的官衔;在一定程度上具有英国模式的某些特征;也具有关国模式的某些特征。

Abstract:Burton R. Clark established a theoretical frame for analyzing the university's academic power distri- bution and offered an important analyzing way for its applied research. Inspected from the changes in their or- ganizational model, the academic power distribution of China's modern universities explicitly presents its com- posite features. Looked at from their historical development, China's modern universities have much in com- mon with its Japanese counterparts, whose professors enjoy considerable power and often have official ranks, and they also share something with its British and American counterparts.
