教狱相顺 正谊明道——《春秋繁露》的修己治人之道

董仲舒是汉代最著名的经学大师之一，哲学家和教育家，有“汉代孔子”之称。在先秦儒学向汉代经学的转变过程中，董仲舒起了十分重要的作用，他的作用主要表现在通过主张“独尊儒术”使儒学神学化、经学化、社会化上。董仲舒的主要著作《春秋繁露》着重从重德教、辅刑罚，万民之性、待教而善，“正其谊不谋其利，明其道不计其功”，必仁且智以及教师观等方面，来分析董仲舒的修己治人之道，可以使高教管理者对古代儒家伦理管理思想有更深的理解。

Coordinate Indoctrination and Coercion; Redress Justice and Understand Tao： Doctrines for Cultivating Oneself and Governing Others Implied in Chun Qiu Fan Lu

Dong Zhongshu, one of the most famous Confucian classics masters in the Han Dynasty, was a philosopher and educator and as the ＂Confucius of Han Dynasty＂, he was one of the most important figures in the transformation of the pre-Qin Confucianism to the Han Confucianism. He played his role mainly in theologisation, Jingxization, socialization of Confucianism by advocating the policy of ＂worshipping Confucianism alone＂. In order to achieve a better understanding of the thoughts of the ancient Confucian ethics, this paper elaborates on his doctrines for cultivating oneself and governing others implied in his book Chun Qiu Fan Lu by focusing on his following ideas： valuing moral education with due punishment, realizing people＇ s nature, fostering kindness through education, ＂valuing justice and morality over interests and merits＂, acquiring both goodness and wisdom, etc.
