| 摘 要： | 人文关怀是我国大学生思想政治工作的一个基本维度。加强人文关怀,创建一个有利于沟通和共鸣的人性化环境,是大学生思想政治工作的基础和前提,是提高大学生思想政治工作水平和成效的重要手段。在文化多元化的背景下,大学生思想政治工作要通过提高教师和管理者的人文素质,倡导、实践人文关怀,回归工作重心,润滑连接纽带,延伸工作的内容和手臂,建立多维评价体系,营造大学生思想政治工作的绿色走廊和生态环境。

| Abstract: | Humanistic care is a basic principle for ideological work on undergraduates in China. Strengthening the care and establishing a humanistic environment beneficial to communication and mutual understanding are the basis and the prerequisite for the work and an important way to improve the efficiency of the management of students. In order to create a favorable environment for the ideological work under the multi-cultural background, teachers' humanistic quality should be greatly enhanced and the central task should be shifted to straightening out the relationships in the work, expanding the work scope and instituting a multi-dimensional assessment system. |
