论科研团队内部的冲突管理

摘    要:科研个体与科研团队之间常见的冲突表现在以下几个方面:个体目标与团队目标、个体成就与团队绩效、个体人格与团队角色、个体意志与团队决策、个体竞争心理与团队和谐需要等。解决这些冲突的途径包括认定团队目标、健全利益分配机制、挑选合适的团队角色和建设有特色的组织文化。

Abstract:Internal conflicts are unavoidable in a scientific research and they will certainly exert negative influence on the individual researchers in the team and the team itself,but they also have their positive side.Only by managing to handle these conflicts can the great potential of the scientific research team be fully realized.And to manage the conflicts properly,we should adopt strategies of absorption and consultation to improve the distribution mechanism of the scientific research interests,cultivate common team culture,create a channel for communication and construct a proper academic echelon.
