教育行动研究与教师的专业发展

摘    要:教师从事研究可增强教师的专业发展,而教师所进行的研究是一种特定的"行动研究",即教育行动研究。强调教师进行行动研究的必要性与可能性,并不等于否认教育理论研究的重要性与必要性,真正意义上的教育行动研究必须要处理好理论与实践之间关系。

Abstract:A teacher can improve his professional development by engaging in research. And the specified "action research" done by a teacher is referred to as educational action research. This paper emphasizes the indispensability and possibility of teachers' action research, but it does not mean that the importance and indispensability of teacher's theoretical research on education can be negated. In fact, a proper relationship between educational theories and practice should be established and maintained in educational action research .
