| 摘 要： | 目前毕业设计教学过程中存在着不适应创新能力培养的问题。要有效地解决这一问题，应构建有利于创新能力培养的毕业设计教学体系，运用一般指导与具体讨论相结合的教学方法，建立有利于创新能力培养的毕业设计考核体系和激励机制，并着力打造一支有利于培养学生创新能力的师资队伍。

| Abstract: | At present,there is something in graduation project teaching that prevents from cultivating students' ability to innovate.This problem can be solved by taking the following measures: formulating a teaching system and an evaluation and incentive system for graduation project favorable for bringing out creativity in students,combining general guidance and detailed discussion in teaching process and building a high-quality contingent of teachers capable of improving students' ability to innovate. |
