The occupation as teachers shares all the features of specialization,and the specialization of teachers calls for the specialization of teachers education.Teachers specialization has become a strong idea,which promotes greatly the establishment of new educational concepts and institutions in many developing countries.The trend,which gave rise to the founding of teachers education schools in our country,forced them to reform or transform.The head of teachers education schools,as the major role in carrying out teachers education reform,are already facing pressures both from internal and outside,and must take the major responsibilities in the planning,implementing,and educational service,to meet the challenge of specialization of teachers education.
