On the Characteristics and Significance of Modern College Students'Class Culture

There is a tendency towards laxity in college classes. Under this situation, the authors of this paper bring up the new characteristics and significance of college class culture with a view to arousing the further attention of those concerned to college classes. College class culture is characterized by independence, controllablity, pluralism, potentiality and dynamism. And these features contribute to the development of students' personality and the improvement of their ability. They also satisfy their psychological needs, thus helping to diagnose and correct their behaviors. In fact, psychological health education is an indispensable part of higher education. Therefore, creating a class culture favorable to college students'physical and psychological development is still a central task in college students' management and ideological work.
