| 摘 要： | 为达成建设高水平大学的目的,大学必须重视大学文化建设。相对于办学的物质条件而言,大学文化才是大学持续发展的根基与血脉。大学进行文化建设,前提是厘清大学文化的内涵,主要任务是精神层面的文化建设,然后由观念形态向物质形态演化。
