| 摘 要： | “大学精神”的失落与学术系统中的权力分配有着密切的关系。由于知识本身具有权力属性,建立在知识基础之上的学术系统更是存在着权力冲突。学术系统中的权力分配形式有欧洲大陆模式、英国模式、美国模式和日本模式。中国学术权力中存在权力过分集中和行政色彩过浓,特别是一些高校内部管理中存在着学术权力的严重失落现象。要提高教学质量和办学水平,我们必须找回失落的学术权力。

| Abstract: | The decline of " Spirit of University" has a close relation with t he power distribution in the academic system.Based on the power attribute of kno wledge, this article makes a comparison of several forms of distribution of acad emic power,i.e.,models of Europe Continent,England,USA and Japan,and analyzes th e reality of academic power in China,especially the phenomenon of the decline of academic power. |
