| 摘 要： | 企业文化管理是管理的新阶段、高境界,并将成为21世纪企业管理的主流趋势.综观中外企业发展历史,长寿企业无不是以其独特的管理文化做支撑.我国虽然拥有悠久的文化历史,但真正研究企业管理文化的时间还很短,从理论到实践都还很不成熟.如何借鉴国外的成功经验,客观地分析我国企业文化建设中存在的问题,是当前企业管理面临的紧迫任务.

| Abstract: | Management of enterprise culture is the new stage and high boundary of the management,which will be the main stream of the enterprise management in the 21 century.A comprehensive survey of the development of all the enterprise in China and abroad shows that every long operated enterprise has been sustained by its unique management culture.Though there's long culture history in China,the period researching enterprise culture is not long,both in theory and practice.It is an urgent task in the enterprise management how to use the foreign experience and then to analyse the problems in our construction of enterprise culture. |
