农村劳动力转移理论述评

目前对于农村剩余劳动力转移的研究很多,国内外学者对农村剩余劳动力的量化标准归纳起来有古典经济学估算法、新古典经济学估算法、国际标准结构比较法和有效剩余劳动力估算法等四种方法。发展经济学家依据二元经济结构理论对人口转移的研究形成了刘易斯的二元经济模型、拉尼斯—费景汉模型、乔根森模型、托达罗人口流动模型等。国内学者在应用这些发展经济学理论模型的基础上,从工业化和城市化的进程、城乡发展关系、受教育水平、社会文化、机会成本等不同的视角来研究我国农村劳动力转移的内在机理。对这些不同观点的述评,有利于进一步丰富转型期农村经济学的研究,促进农村经济的发展。

The commentary of theory of surplus labor shift in the countryside

There are many studies about the surplus labor-force shift in countryside at present and the standard of the quantity relative ratio of surplus labor in countryside were summed up into 4 measures by foreign scholars:the measure of classical economic,the measure of newclassical economic,the measure of international standard model and the measure of efficient surplus labor.According to the theory of dual economic structure,the western economists of development economics have established dual economic model by W.A.Lewis,Fei-Rain Model,Dale W.Jorgenson Model,Population flows Model by M.P.Tordro and so on.Basing on the theory model of development economics,the domestic scholars pointed out the mechanism of surplus labor shift in countryside in terms of industrialization and urbanization,the relationship between urban and countryside,the level of education,opportuniy cost.Discussing these different ideas is good for enriching the studies of rural economics in theory and promoting the development of rural economy in practice in our country.
