| 摘 要： | 唐朝贞观君臣吸取隋朝灭王的教训,推行"仁政德治"的国策,使贞观时期政治清明、经济发展、刑法宽平、秩序井然,成为历史上有名的冶世.贞观统治集团行"王道"、倡"民本"本质上是在儒家思想指导下建立理想社会的政治实践,把握住这一精神实质,也就会透过历史表象洞悉贞观冶世的全貌和特质.

| Abstract: | The emperor and ministers in Zhen Guan period in Tang Dynasty learned lessons from the destruction of Sui dynasty, promoted the national policy of "Benign Politics and Moral Governance", Which made Zhen Guan period become very famous peaceful one with clear and bright politics, advancing developing economy, broad and lenient criminal law and perfect orders. The authorities groups in Zhen Guan period practice "benevolent government", advocate "the people's base", which in essence is the social practice of the establishment of ideal society under the instruction of Confucian thoughts. To master the spiritual nature of it through the historical representations will make us understand thoroughly the panorama and characteristics of the governance of the world in this period. |
