| 摘 要： | 西方国家主要通过减少行政限制，提供金融支持和信息服务，支持企业技术创新等举措来促进中小企业的发展。有鉴于此，当前我国应从积极营造有利于个体私营企业发展的市场环境和政策环境，增强金融支持力度，培训人才，支持企业技术创新和健全社会化服务体系等方面努力，走出一条适合我国国情的个体私营企业发展道路。

| Abstract: | The Western countries take such measures as reducing administrative interference, providing financial support and information services and supporting technological innovations to promote the development of the medium-sized and small enterprises. Because of this, at present our country should create favorable market environment and policy environment for the development of private enterprises, strengthen the financial support, train talented personnel, support technological innovations and perfect the social service system so that we can find out an appropriate way for the development of private and privately-run enterprises. |
