旅游中心城市建设与西部旅游业的发展

西部旅游业的发展事关西部大开发及中国旅游业的二次创业，旅游业的发展靠旅游中心城市，西部旅游业要有突破性飞跃必须注重旅游中心城市建设，在挖掘现有中心城市潜力的基础上建设新的旅游中心城市。要建设好旅游中心城市，在旅游中心城市的选择上要具战略性、分梯队、分层次；在建设上科学规划、大胆实践；正确看待旅游业与工农业、商贸及经济发展的关系。

The Building of the Tour Central Cities and Development of Westward Tourism Industry

The development of Westward tourism industry is a second revolution of Chinese tourism industry. We should depend on central cities to develop our tourism field, therefore, we should concentrate on the construction of central cities in order to overfly, and not only dig out the potential of exsited cities, but to build new central cities as well. In order to build the tour central cities well,following aspects should be focused on especiatly: 1.Using peculiar stratagy to choose central cities, and make administrative levels for them; 2.Programming the construction in a scientific way and practise them adventriously; 3. Making clear the relationship among tourism industry, agriculture, trade and economy.
