| 摘 要： | 合法性是关系到党和国家政权生死存亡的根本问题."文革"结束后,党和国家政权的合法性问题凸现出来.邓小平从这一特定历史时空出发,对新时期我国政治的合法性问题进行了全面认真的思考,从历史、经济、民主、法治、道德五个方面阐述了我国政治的合法性,并提出了判断政治合法性的标准,形成了其系统的政治合法性思想,有力地维护了我国政治的合法性,促进了社会主义的发展.

| Abstract: | Legitimacy is a matter of vital importance for the political power of our Party and country, which appears after the Culture Revolution. Deng Xiaoping took all the things into consideration, expatiating on the question from a few aspects that include history, economy, democracy, law and morality, at the same time, putting forward the standard that estimate the legitimate of political power, which shaped his systemic thoughts. It sticks up for the legitimate of the political power of our country, and promotes the development of our social democracy. |
