论思想政治教育中的灌输教育和渗透教育

灌输式教育和渗透式教育都是现代思想政治教育的重要形式.灌输式教育本质是思想政治理论的系统教育和正面宣传,是一种显性的教育方法;而渗透式教育是把思想政治教育意图融于特定的载体,通过熏陶和感染,来达到教育目的,是一种隐性的教育方法.但二者又有着密切的联系.因此,在实际工作中,必须把二者有机统一起来,才能切实有效地提高思想政治教育效果.

Inculcation Education and Infiltration Education in Ideological and Political Education

Both inculcation education and infiltration education turn out to be two important forms in modern ideological and political education. The essence of inculcation education lies in its systematical education and propaganda about ideological and political theory. Obviously, this form of education is direct. On the other hand, infiltration education is an indirect one. It integrates the educational intentions into a specific medium and then manages to achieve the goal through edification and influence. These two forms have their differences but at the same time they are closely related to each other. So, in practice, they must be combined together so as to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
