高职新生心理应激特征的调查研究

目的:调查高职新生心理应激特征,为开展大学生心理干预提供理论帮助。方法:采用中国大学生心理应激量表(CCSPSS)对1800名高职新生的心理应激特征进行调查。结果:1高职新生心理应激量普遍高于全国常模大学生;2男生在量表各维度上的得分均显著高于女生;3独生子女在量表各维度上的心得分有高于非独生子女的倾向;4农村生源在发展分量表上的得分显著低于其他生源地学生的得分;5高职新生心理应激量在民族和专业上差异不显著。结论:高职新生心理应激受性别、生源地、独生子女与否等因素影响。

Psychological Stress of the Freshmen in Higher Vocational Colleges

The objective of this research is to investigate the characteristics of the Higher Vocational fresh-men＇s psychological stress and provide theoretical help for carrying out psychological intervention.Using China College Student Psychological Stress Scale （CCSPSS）questionnaire,a survey was conducted among 1800 freshmen in Higher Vocational Colleges.The results are as follows：First,The Higher Vocational Colleges freshmen＇s psychological stress is generally higher than the National Norm College students.Second,on the score of the scale,the boys are significantly higher than the girls.Third,only children are prone to higher than children with siblings.Fourth,in the development of subscales,the score of the rural students are signif-icantly lower than other students.Fifth,the national differences and the disciplinary differences on psychologi-cal stress do not exist.Our conclusion is that the Higher Vocational freshmen＇s psychological stress is affected by factors such as gender,region,and whether they are only children or not.
