| 摘 要： | 加强民族地区党的执政能力建设,是时代的要求,各族人民的要求;民族地区党的执政能力建设是中国共产党执政能力建设的重要组成部分.提高党在民族地区的执政能力,就是要提高党对民族地区经济社会的管理能力,提高党发展民族地方民主政治的能力,提高党建设各少数民族先进文化的能力.

| Abstract: | The Party's administration in autonomous regions of the ethnic minorities is an important component of that of the CPC.Improving the Party's administration is a demand of the times and a demand of the ethnic people.The focus is on improving social administration and economic management of the Party,on developing a socialist democracy and advanced ethnic cultures in autonomous regions of the ethnic groups.The aim is to carry out the centralized leadership of the party. |
