地方本科高校转型发展背景下教师专业发展机制和路径探析

An Analysis of the Mechanism and Path for the Teacher’s Professional Development under the Background of the Local Undergraduate university Transformation Development

T he transformation development of the local undergraduate universities and cultivation of the applied and skilled talents is determined by the fundamental mission in the level of the higher education system type in our country ,students'employment demand and serving local economic and social development ,it is the objective necessity .Concerning transformation of the local undergraduate universities development ,the key is the transformation of teacher's professional development .As an opportunity to transition development ,we must explore development paths to solve different teachers'professional development in local undergraduate colleges and the research universities . We should fully understand the applied teacher’s status and role of the higher education development in our coun‐try ,increase the intensity of introduction and cultivation of the applied the teacher ,promote the coop‐eration among the government ,the industry ,the universities and the research institutes ,promote system innovation as guarantee for improving the enthusiasm of teachers engaged in practical teaching and research .
