| 摘 要： | 教育实习是高等师范院校教学计划的重要组成部分,目前我国高等师范院校教育实习工作在身份认定、职能划分、供求比例、工作内容和实习形式等方面存在诸多矛盾。这些矛盾显露出了我国当前在教师教育工作中重理论轻技能、重指导轻参与等问题。针对上述矛盾和问题,应该加强中小学教师对实习的参与、加强师范生生综合素质的培养,加强对实习指导教师和实习基地的管理,以面对新时期高等师范院校面临的机遇和挑战。

| Abstract: | Teaching practice is an important part of education scheme for high normal education system, and also is an approach to train undergraduates＇ professional skill. This paper lists out the primary contradictions on teaching practice, and disadvantages reflected by teaching practice in normal education. Finally, several advices to construct new pattern of teaching practice are presented. |
