| 摘 要： | 教育的最终目标是培养全面发展的人,而全面发展的人的基础是一个具有接受教育能力的正常的生命个体,是一个有一定人格特质的生命个体。从心理学角度讲教育的进程就是人格的塑造过程。为此,本文从市场经济条件下大学生的人格存在的问题加以剖析,对塑造大学生健康人格提出了建设性的建议。

| Abstract: | The ultimate objective of education is to educate human beings with the full scale development,but the foundation is that one must have the ability to accept education and have a special personality.From the psychological angle,we can say that education is a process of shaping a personality.Therefore,this article discusses the causes of the problems in university students' personality,and at the same time make some suggestions on their building healthy personalities. |
