论宪政社会主义学派的核心理念

宪政社会主义学派是近几年在中国兴起的一个新政治法学学派,其核心理念是立足中国现实,从中国国情实际出发,坚持以马克思的科学社会主义理论为指导思想,内涵宪法至上、公民为本、财富共有、改革开放四大原则,创造中国特色宪政社会主义学。宪政社会主义学派坚持走中国人自己的政治体制改革道路,建设中国特色宪政社会主义的民主宪政和宪政民主制度,限制执政者的权力,维护公民人权和公民权利,以宪治政,以宪治国。我们坚信中国特色宪政社会主义学是中国政治体制改革的最有现实价值意义的正确价值路径选择,我们决心为创造中国特色宪政社会主义学而努力奋斗。
