城市女性与现代性——以王安忆的城市小说为例

当代城市女性在传统和现代之间碰撞，处于一种尴尬的境地。秉承了“海派文化”之“庸常之美”的上海女性，她们在分享现代城市的自由的同时展现一种本色的美、诗意的美。她们能少受传统的拖累，又不是以激进的姿态前行，而是在两者之间自如地穿行。她们给人们呈现一种延续“未完成的现代性”的姿态。本论文从女性视域和现代性的大文化背景下来阐释王安忆的城市女性在当代对抗现代化的困境的意义。

The Urban Feminine and its Modernity——Taking Wang Anyi's urban novels as an example

Women in modern cities sway between the traditional and the modern. The women in Shanghai display their natural and poetic beauty while enjoying the liberty in the city. They are seldom dragged down by the traditions, and by no means appear radical, but wander freely between the two. They demonstrate a continued uncompleted modernity. This paper discusses the dilemma that women are forced in the grand context of modern culture.
