| 摘 要： | 城乡居民心理健康服务体系运行机制的构建是心理健康服务工作开展的关键。当前心理健康服务运行中存在着政策法律体系欠缺、居民的心理健康服务需求难以得到充分满足、服务质量不高等问题，可以通过健全心理健康服务律保障体系、满足基本服务需求、创建心理健康服务质量保障的长效机制等途径解决。

| Abstract: | s:The construction of the operation mechanism of mental health service system of urban and rural residents is the key to the development of mental health services.There is some problems such as lack of policy,the service is difficult to meet the demand,quality of service is not high in the operation of mental health services,We can solve the problem by improving the mental health service law guarantee system,meeting the basic service needs,creating a long-term mechanism to ensure the quality of mental health services. |
