Abstract： Mass incidents in the village committee elections are presented with multiple trend . Village committee elections in the mass event is the result of intensification of conflicts between cadres in rural areas, highlighting the contradiction between the cadre of the seriousness and danger, but also shows that as an opportunity to build positive interaction between cadres and masses of urgency. The close relationship between cadres, according to the law and properly dispose of the village committee elections, group events, need to improve the villagers self--government legal system, strengthen the management of cadres and education, reshaping the government＇s image, increase political participation of farmers and improve the level of institutionalization the expression of the interests of the peasant masses appeals mechanism.
