| 摘 要： | 新时期相当一部分农村题材小说中，作家们精心塑造了一批栩栩如生的村干部形象。这是在乡村有着特殊地位的一个群体，通过这些村干部形象，作家们对农村所特有的历史文化进行了深刻的思索，特别是对权力在乡村中的魔力进行了富有深度的阐释。同时也暗示了作家们对乡村政治文化的热哀和乐此不疲的韧性。

| Abstract: | In the new period of novels,a considerable portion of the subject of careful,the author portrayed a lot of the village cadre.this is in the country has a special status of a group,the village cadre in the countryside,writers of history and culture in deep thought,especially the power in the rural fascination had a depth of the conflict.it also suggested that the author of the country's political culture,and enjoys toughness. |
