| Abstract: | Based on examining the significance of Subei development and analyzing the regional situation in Subei, this paper points out the aims and principles of Subei development. After thoroughly studying Xuzhou Lianyungang economic belt, coastal economic belt and middle economic belt on Subei, the paper raises suggestions concerning the Subei development and the building of economic belts. |
