试论高校德育目标建构的基本依据和框架

摘    要:高校德育目标的建构,不是由教育者或教育管理者主观任意选择的,而是有其自身的科学依据。高校德育目标建构的基本依据主要包含社会发展对未来人才素质的需要、大学生的人格特征、改革开放和市场经济对高校德育的新要求以及经济全球化与中国高校德育的关系这四个方面。在此基础上建构起来的高校德育目标的新框架是一个由“意识形态认知与实践”、“文化认知与实践”、“个体与社会价值认知与实践”、“心理认知与实践”和“道德(法纪)认知、道德实践与道德境界”等诸多要素构成的目标体系。

Abstract:The objective construction of the moral education in universities is not chosen by the educators or the managers of education.It has its own scientific grounds.The article analyzes the grounds of the objective construction of the moral education in universities in four aspects: society's requirement about the ability of the human resources,the personal characteristics of the students,the reform and opening and the market economy's new requirement for the moral education in universities,the relationship between economic globalization and the moral education in universities of China.On this basis,the new structure of the objective construction of the moral education in universities is a target system which includes a number of elements:"cognitive ideology and practice","cultural awareness and practice","cognition and practice of individual and social values","psychological perception and practice","morality(law) awareness,moral practice and ethical realm".
