区域协调发展内生机制的理论研究——以要素流动和产业转移为基点

我国区域经济发展的总体水平不断提升，同时区域发展不平衡也日趋严重，尽管政府采取了一系列措施，却仍然不能有效解决区域发展差距扩大的问题。目前我们面临的主要问题是：如何突破行政壁垒和制度瓶颈，实现优势互补；如何利用市场机制的内生力量和企业的自组织行为，促进要素流动和产业转移，达成区域间的协调发展。本文试图将理论和实践相结合，研究基于要素流动和产业转移促进区域协调发展的有效途径。
