| 摘 要： | 孟子的“仁政”,简言之即以仁义为本 ,以德政治天下。但这一学说在孟子的政治理想中 ,先天的理论破绽是其在实践中面临的第一道难题 ;而诸侯的先“王”后“圣”与他先“圣”后“王”的背道而驰的价值追求则形成了其“仁政”理想的第二重困境 ;欲为王者师的传统心态和不得不行臣道的现实环境是其实践理想的第三重困境。正是由于这三重困境的存在 ,才使得孟子的仁政在当时无法践行

| Abstract: | Mencius policy of benevolence takes humanity as its basis to govern the country with morality. His theory or policy with three precaments in it found it difficult to be put into practice in his time. The first predicament lies in its own loophole in his policy; the second predicament in his theory lies in the contradiction between his theory, which holds "saint" before "emperor", and the theory of the dukes, which holds "emperor" before "saint"; the third predicament lies in his traditional mentality of wanting to be the teacher of the emperor and the practice of having to serve as a subject of the emperor. |
