| Abstract: | China's entry into WTO provides opportunity for administration reform, and puts forward challenge. There is much accordance between WTO regulations and the pattern of administration according to law. WTO regulations provide reference for administration according to law as well as enlightenment for administration reform in ideas and functions in China. |
