| 摘 要： | 煤炭是我国的基础能源。如何实现煤炭行业的科学发展是事关国民经济与社会发展的重大课题。本文针对我国煤炭开采在安全、环境和经济等方面存在的问题,提出了煤炭科学开采的理念,并对煤炭科学开采的理念及其技术框架进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Coal is the basic energy of China.It is an important project to scientifically develop the coal industry,which plays a key role in the national economy and social developments.The idea of sustainable mining was proposed to deal with the problems that threaten the coal mining in the aspects of safety,environment and economy.This paper introduces the concept and technical framework of sustainable mining. |
