基于模块化教学的应用型翻译人才培养——以合肥学院英语专业(翻译方向)为例

为了解决高质量的应用型翻译人才供不应求的问题,提高翻译的整体质量,同时加强翻译学科建设,地方性本科院校可以积极借鉴模块化的教学设计思想,结合人才市场需求实际,在应用型翻译人才培养方面,探索一条应用型人才培养模式改革的新路。通过结合合肥学院英语专业(翻译方向)办学实践,以市场需要为前提,依托德国先进的模块化教学理念,确定恰当的培养目标与培养模式;提出应用型翻译人才应具备的基本能力、专业能力、综合拓展能力和实践能力四大类职业能力,并据此设计出对应的翻译教学模块。

On the Modularization-based Training of Application-oriented Translators and Interpreters:Taking Hefei University Translation-oriented English Majors as an Example

To solve the shortage problem of application-oriented translators and interpreters,improve the quality of translation as a whole,and reinforce the translation discipline construction,taking the actual demands of labor market into consideration,regional universities may find a new pattern of training application-oriented translators and interpreters by actively borrowing modularization theories and notions.Based on the teaching practice of Hefei University translation-oriented English majors,premising on market requirements and German modularization concept,proper cultivating goals and modes are pointed out: application-oriented translators and interpreters are to be equipped with four categories of professional capabilities,namely,fundamental,advanced,comprehensive and practical capability.According to the professional capabilities,correspondent teaching modules are designed to achieve the cultivating goals.
