| 摘 要： | 从财政分权的角度出发,利用生产函数模型,借助计量分析软件,选取了我国大陆28个行政区的人均GDP的年增长率、固定资产投资年增长率、劳动力年增长率从1985年至2009年间的合并数据与财政分权的关系进行回归分析,结果发现：我国财政支出分权与经济增长的关系是负相关,而财政收入分权与经济增长的关系是正相关。针对这样的结论,提...
