摘    要:以校为本的教师培训,是由学校发起规划的,旨在满足学校与教师发展需要的,主要在校内进行的学习与培训活动,它是创建学习型学校的有效途径.通过解读学习型学校的内涵,结合校本培训的特点和优势,提出在"五项修炼"思想指导下,通过筹建校本培训工作组、实施教师的培训需求评估、论证制订培训方案、规范校本培训管理等四点措施,对校本培训实施框架的搭建做了初步探析.

Abstract:Teachers' training carried out in their own university derives from the necessity of the university's development,which is started and planned by the university itself for the purpose of meeting the needs of the development of the teachers and the university.It's an effective approach to the establishment of a university typical of learing.By means of interpreting the character and disadvantages of the training,the author offers four proposals which can be put into practice under the guidance of "five theories of training": setting up a training group;implementing the assessment of the necessity for teachers' training;providing and making a schedule for the training;standardizing the management of the training.Meanwhile,the author also tries to probe into the implementation of the training.
