| 摘 要： | 在劳动合同实施过程中存在着许多用人单位滥用试用期、损害劳动者权益的现象。通过分析最新规定法律的有关依据,对试用期内所涉及的一些法律问题进行归纳分析,以便于用人单位和劳动者能够认识和理解试用期的相关法律政策,更好的适用法律,规范自己的行为,减少不必要的劳动争议。

| Abstract: | In the course of implementing the labor contract,many employers abuse probationary period,damaging the rights and interests of the laborers.Based on the latest requirements of the labor contract law,this essay analyzes the legal issues during the probationary period so that the employers and employees can comprehend the relevant laws and policies for the probationary period,better apply the laws to regulate their own behavior and reduce unnecessary labor dispute. |
