| 摘 要： | 以 HZSM—5沸石固相催化剂,应用常压在液相中催化醇酸直接酯化反应合成了乙酸乙酯。考察了催化剂用量,醇酸比和反应时间等对酯产率的影响。结果表明,催化剂用量5克/mol 醇,乙醇/乙酸 1.5∶1,反应时间2小时为适宜的反应条件。所得酯产率在78%以上。

| Abstract: | Ethyl acetate is synthesised by means of direct esterificaticn of alco- hol by carboxylic acid in liquid phase at the atmospheric Fressure,with HZSM-5 zeolite as the solid catalyst.The effect of reaction conditions, such as the amount of the catalyst used,the molar ratio of alcohol to acetic acid and the reaction time,on the yield of ester is investiged.The result shows that the appropriate reaction conditions should be: ratio of HZSM-5 catalyst/alcohol=5g/1mol; molar ratio of alcohol/acetic acid=1.5:1; reaction time=2hours. The yield of ester is over is over 78%. |
