| 摘 要： | 创新型企业对我国科技水平和创新能力起着战略性的作用,为了促进我国创新型企业的可持续发展,对其价值进行有效地管理则显得尤为重要。本文借助Skandia企业价值的思想,整合EVA与BSC构建创新型企业的价值管理模型,利用系统动力学方法(SD)分析了企业价值实现内部机理,并通过仿真分析企业未来价值提升的关键驱动因素及其影响程度。

| Abstract: | Innovative Enterprises play a strategic role in China＆#39;s technological level and innovation capability .In order to promote sustainable development of innovative enterprises in China ,it is very important to make an effective management for their value .With the idea of enterprise value from Skandia ,the theory of BSC＆amp;EVA are used to built the model of innovative enterprise value -based management .Then according to the method of system dynamic ,it analysis the internal mechanism of enterprise value .Finally ,it empirical analyzed an innovative enterprises ,and then the main factors and their impact are given ,which will affect the enterprise＆#39;s future . |
